Officers arrested him for suspicion of being under the influence of marijuana at the time of the accident.
Reportedly, a 39-year-old woman and two children, ages 14 and 9, lost their lives in the crash. Five injured victims, including an infant, were rushed to the hospital. One of the injured children was reported to be in critical condition. Authorities say the alleged impaired driver is on bail of $195,000, and he is facing multiple charges that include gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated, DUI causing bodily injury and a weapons charge.
